Social Media Strategy
Develops and maintains a comprehensive social media strategy that increases brand and product awareness, website traffic, and follower engagement. Tasks consist of client-side content aggregation, social media posting and post management, traffic and follower growth analysis, industry analysis, effectively execute social media campaigns from conception to completion, group management, and follower engagement.

Sales
Recommends comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to hotels and resorts that secure brand loyalty, industry positioning, market share, and ROI. Determines appropriate economic investment based on several factors such as property size, individual property performance, market performance, existing marketing efforts, and potential exposure and visibility on the Supplier Network.

Marketing Research
Appointed for two semesters to assist Dr. Kent Nakamoto, Head of the VT Marketing Department and Associate Dean of Pamplin Research, to study the affect of consumer behavior on the misuse of prescription medication. Researched how a respondent’s self-efficacy level affected his or her Prescription Opioid Misuse Index (POMI), ability to follow rules, seek advice and/or information, and perception of the media.

Creative Writing
Sole writer, designer, creator, and editor of the Alpha Chi Omega newsletter released to parents and alumni each month. Elected by the sisters of Alpha Chi Omega, and developed a fresh and unique perspective pertaining to the design and content of each issue.
Creates a unique tone and perspective for social media based on the particular audience and industry.

Social Media Analytics
Addressed the gap between brand crisis management and the effective use of social media platforms. The main question related to this topic included, “How should a company best communicate with the community via social media during a crisis in order to prevent further damage to its brand and reputation?” Analyzed The Livestrong Foundation's ability to preserve and maintain follower growth, positive brand sentiment, community engagement, and fan support through its social media channels.

Layout
Designed "Save the Date" postcards for the Fagre and Waagen wedding in September 2014. Collaborated with the clients to develop a catered design based on theme, season, and colors of the wedding.
Created one-of-a-kind newsletters for the Alpha Chi Connection, a monthly newsletter read by parents and alumni. Each issue involved strategic placement of content and images.
